Criterios ´para diagnóstico de pre eclampsia

 

1.    ACOG = American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

 

2.   ISSHP = International Society for the Study of Hypertension in  Pregnancy

 

3.   ISSHP-M = ISSHP maternal definition

 

4.   ISSHP-MF = ISSHP maternal-fetal

 

5.   ISSHP-MF+AI= ISSHP maternal-fetal plus angiogenic imbalance,

 

 

 

Proteinuria - mediante  proteina:creatinina 0.3mg/dL o  ≥0.3g/d en orina 24-h.

Cefalea-   como dolor de cabeza de reciente aparición que no responde a la medicación y no explicado por diagnósticos alternativos.

Síntomas visuales, especialmente escotomas

FGR-  restricción del crecimiento por peso fetal estimado menor a P3

O  entre P3 y P9 pero con alteración del doppler

Alteracion del doppler-

·         Indice de pulsatibilidad (PI) de alguna de las uterina mayor a P 95

·         PI de la umbilical mayor a P 95

·         PI cerebral media menor a 5

 

ALT = alanine aminioransferase,

AST = aspartate aminotransferase,

DIC = disseminated intravascular coagulation,

EFW = estimated fetal weight,

FGR = fetal growth restriction

 

Desbalance angiogénico -  PlGF = placental growth factor y sFlt-1 = soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1
